Some market experts are speculating that the Land Cruiser FJ will compete directly with the Ford Bronco Sport. Previously set to start shipping in the first quarter of 2024, the company is now targeting the festive period for deliveries. The deferral is primarily due to a series of upgrades made to the motorcycle, according to Matter. Aera_matter_motorcycle Matter has developed and designed an in-house electric motorcycle model named the Matter Aera EV, available in two versions: the 5000 and the 5000+. These are valued at around Rs 1.74 lakh and Rs 1.84 lakh, respectively. The model sports a four-speed sequential manual transmission, a feature not seen in any other electric motorcycle of its class. In terms of utility, The Matter Aera EV can cover about 125 kilometres on a single charge and it can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in just 6 seconds. The upgrades that caused the delay in delivery include an updated four-speed transmission for effortless shifts, enhanced regenerative braking, and an improved cooling system for better thermal efficiency. Although the delay was unexpected, it has enabled Matter to fine-tune the motorcycle for optimized performance. According to a briefing during a recent financial report dissemination, the company revealed a model-wise tally of these outstanding orders up until May 2024.  the XUV 3XO The massive backlog includes orders for popular Mahindra models including the Scorpio N, Scorpio Classic, Thar, XUV700, Mahindra Bolero Neo and the standard Bolero. The Scorpio N and the Scorpio Classic top the list with respective backlogs of 86,000. The Thar model, including the Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) variant, has seen an accumulation of 59,000 unfulfilled orders. The recently launched XUV 3XO, despite its huge popularity on launch, has not seen delivery commencement leading to a backlog of 50,000.
